Looking for a pet-friendly apartment near you in the Wenatchee area? At Saddlerock, we know pets are part of the family. That’s why we’re proud to offer a pet-friendly community in Wenatchee with amenities designed to keep your furry friends happy—including our on-site dog park, perfect for playtime and socializing. We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with a $250 deposit and a $200 non-refundable fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is just $50 per pet. Pet Policy: There is a limit of 2 pets per household. We cannot accommodate Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, American Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Assistance animals, including emotional support animals, are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees, pet limits, or breed restrictions; documentation may be requested.
